Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project management with a change focus.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing change management programs for complex projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential barriers to adoption.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and training sessions to support change initiatives.
• Provide coaching and support to leadership and employees throughout the change process.
• Develop metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of change management interventions.
• Ensure alignment between change initiatives and overall business objectives.
