Job summary

Absa Bank Limited seeks a Senior Technical Operations Lead reporting to the CIO: Digital & AI. You will drive transformation of internal technology operations, improving cycle time, throughput and ageing while scaling automation using RPA, workflow and task automation.

You will define the operating model, governance and roadmap, context for investments, and measure outcomes across cross-functional teams. Requires a relevant degree, senior operations experience, and mandatory Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Power BI certification required.
• Senior experience in operations, process transformation or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of internal technology operations with end-to-end visibility.
• Improve cycle time, throughput and ageing; reduce friction and manual touchpoints.
• Drive automation initiatives using RPA, workflow and task-automation tech.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Cyber Security, Architecture and Finance to deliver value.
