The candidate should possess a Master's degree and 10+ years in senior operations roles, with at least 3 years in a director capacity, demonstrating ethical leadership and transformational change management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• At least 3 years in a Director-level capacity.
• Proven ability to drive improvements and manage large-scale operations.
• Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational strategy aligned with long-term vision.
• Oversee production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance in Richards Bay.
