Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with a significant portion in a director-level role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational strategies that have driven significant business growth and efficiency.
• Expertise in financial management, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and drive organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and objectives.
• Oversee and direct all aspects of operations, including logistics, supply chain, production, and quality assurance.
• Manage and optimize operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations managers and directors.
• Drive innovation and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies.
