Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support operations in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will partner with management to align talent strategy with operations, providing expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement within our industrial teams.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least six years in HR, with three in an HRBP capacity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute talent management strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee and advise on complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
