Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, including director-level roles.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day management of all operational departments, including logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
• Lead strategic projects focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
• Establish KPIs and monitor operational performance against targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the ops team.
