Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on regional oversight.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, preferably in a remote or dispersed setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the operational landscape in KwaZulu-Natal and surrounding areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans to meet regional business objectives and performance targets.
• Oversee daily operations within the region, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
