Formación

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Non-profit Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in non-profit leadership and program management.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, fundraising, and grant management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development within the non-profit sector.
• In-depth understanding of the socio-economic context of the Paarl, Western Cape region.
• Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
• Commitment to the organization's mission and values.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan and program roadmap.
• Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of all programs and projects.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the program staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Drive fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor relations, and corporate partnerships.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring financial stewardship and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, government agencies, and partner organizations.
• Represent the organization at external meetings, conferences, and public forums.
• Ensure the organization's impact is effectively measured, monitored, and reported.
• Stay abreast of relevant sector trends, policies, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
