Job summary

REIS Holdings, Inc. is seeking a results-driven New Business Developer to identify opportunities, open doors, and secure new business in Rosslyn, Pretoria. This internal office-based role requires a hunter mindset and the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.

The successful candidate will target new markets, generate quality leads, develop strategic relationships and close deals, with travel to client meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce or related field (essential)
• 3–5 years' proven experience in business development or external sales
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's licence (essential)

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Research market trends, industry developments, competitor activity and growth opportunities
• Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations and site visits when required
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals and pitches
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business opportunities
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve growth targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
