Communicate Finance is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative digital strategies with measurable performance impact.

The role requires 4+ years in campaign management or digital marketing, strong project management, and the ability to coordinate across paid media, social, email, CRM, content, and SEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years' experience in Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Marketing.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience using marketing automation and analytics platforms advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate campaign delivery across Paid Media, social, Email Marketing, CRM, Content, and SEO.
• Track campaign performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct audience segmentation and customer journey mapping.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors.
• Develop campaign reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify optimisation opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Maintain awareness of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
