Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in MPS, Account Management, or Project Management.
• Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and overseeing complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic territory and account plans.
• Lead end-to-end MPS implementations from contract to revenue realization.
• Coordinate with project managers and billing teams throughout deployments.
• Conduct QBRs to identify growth opportunities and service improvements.
