Job summary

You will report to the Global Sales Development Manager and collaborate across regions. International travel is expected as you guide opportunities and deliver lifecycle value in aftermarket services.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining equipment sales or aftermarket services.
• Experience managing sales funnels in a CRM.
• Strong data-driven commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build and follow up installed-base coverage with Sales Areas.
• Increase parts and wear penetration and recover at-risk customers.
• Turn gaps into campaigns and CRM opportunities with clear value and timelines.
• Guide priority opportunities and customer segments to commercial outcomes.
• Ensure lifecycle plans accompany significant equipment wins (aftermarket and service).
• Deploy sales-development methods and coach local teams; share proven practices.
