Job summary

Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions seeks a Business Development Manager for GET & Buckets to support Sales Areas in Africa as a strategic partner to build and maintain key customer relationships. The role can be based in South Africa or Zambia and involves guiding selling strategies for GET and Buckets.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years in sales and marketing within mobile mining equipment, fluent in English and Spanish, and will coach local sales teams while engaging with customers to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a commercial/technical field.
• Marketing knowledge and experience in bringing products to market.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for international setting.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain key customer relationships across Africa.
• Develop and implement selling strategies for GET & Buckets product range.
• Coordinate with regional sales to forecast and meet market needs.
• Coach and mentor sales teams to achieve KPIs.
• Identify business opportunities and drive negotiations to closure.
