• Provide technical support for audio-visual equipment.
• Host pre-shift meetings and briefings to communicate guest requirements.
• Monitor room readiness and ensure clean, polished presentation during breaks.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and engineering on last-minute changes.
