Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
7+ years in logistics/supply chain with 3+ years in management.
Proven track record in optimizing logistics operations.
WMS and TMS knowledge essential.
Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Manage and direct all logistics operations including inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, and inventory control.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics supervisors and staff.
Oversee budget management for the logistics department.
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with Sales and Procurement to align logistics with business goals.
