This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management for their Gauteng -based operations. You will lead a team of logistics professionals, drive operational efficiency, implement best practices, and ensure the seamless flow of goods to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in optimizing complex supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.


• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.


• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.


• Oversee budget management for the logistics department, ensuring financial targets are met.

Requirements
