Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management with emphasis on logistics and international operations.
• Proven negotiation experience with carriers and 3PL providers.
• Strong inventory management and demand forecasting knowledge.
• ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, distribution, and transportation management.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with freight carriers and 3PLs.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce holding costs.
• Implement demand planning and forecasting processes.
• Build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and import/export laws.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
