Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution management.
- Proven track record of optimizing warehouse operations and transportation networks.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS/TMS software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for efficient warehouse management and inventory control.
- Oversee all transportation activities, including carrier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to meet customer demand.
- Implement and maintain high standards of health and safety within the distribution center.
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics and distribution team to achieve operational excellence.
