Job summary

Absa Bank Limited seeks a Head: Performance, Data & Transformation for Corporate Real Estate Services to lead analytics, data governance and transformation initiatives. The role drives executive decision support and a single source of truth for portfolio performance through KPI frameworks and dashboards.

You will shape the CRES data strategy, govern data quality, and lead digital transformation programs in collaboration with technology partners and regional teams to deliver value across Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, or Real Estate.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, analytics or reporting.
• Change management and PM qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the CRES performance management framework.
• Lead data strategy, governance and information management.
• Drive BI and analytics capabilities for portfolio insights and decision support.
• Lead digital enablement, transformation programmes and change management.
• Coordinate governance, strategy execution and enterprise reporting.
