Job summary

Absa Group in Johannesburg seeks a senior leader to Head Performance, Data & Transformation for Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES). You will design and drive the enterprise performance framework, data governance and analytics, delivering dashboards, strategy execution and digital enablement across the portfolio.

You will lead transformation programmes, establish governance, and partner with Group Technology to modernise systems while ensuring regulatory alignment and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in strategy, performance management, transformation, analytics or business operations.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programmes.
• Experience in data, business intelligence and reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the CRES performance management framework.
• Define KPIs across all CRES portfolios and establish reporting standards.
• Lead enterprise data strategy, governance and information management.
• Oversee BI/Analytics, dashboards and predictive insights for portfolio decisions.
• Drive digital enablement, automation and transformation initiatives.
• Lead transformation programmes and change management across the organisation.
