Job summary

Absa is seeking a senior leader to establish and drive the Performance, Data & Transformation capability for Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES). Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in data, analytics and transformation within a large corporate environment.
• Proven ability to establish governance, reporting standards and enterprise BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the CRES performance management framework and KPI governance.
• Deliver executive reporting and dashboards to support portfolio decisions and benefits realisation.
• Define and drive data strategy, governance and information management across portfolios.
• Lead digital enablement, automation and transformation programmes within Corporate Real Estate Services.
• Coordinate transformation portfolio, operating model implementation and change management.
