Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking an accomplished Senior IT leader to drive strategy and execution across multiple sites in South Africa. You will oversee IT operations, security, and service delivery while steering major ERP projects and cloud migrations.

In this ExCo-facing role, you will shape the IT roadmap, optimise business processes, and manage estates and vendor contracts. Strong English and Afrikaans, plus a valid driver’s license, are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years in IT with 5+ years leading a multi-site IT function.
• Experience at ExCo or senior management level is essential.
• Proven ERP project and major infra or cloud migration track record.
• Industry exposure where IT supports physical operations.
• Strong data integration, warehousing and BI background.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans; valid driver's licence.

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, security and service delivery.
• Manage technology investments, vendors and contracts.
• Drive system improvements, integrations and business process optimisation.
• Partner with ExCo and operations on technology opportunities and risks.
