Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing complex technology environments with automation and systems integrations.
• Experience engaging and presenting at MANCO and EXCO level.
• Strong vendor and service provider management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and align with business objectives.
• Oversee technology delivery, architecture and SLAs.
• Manage IT budget and vendor relationships.
• Ensure cybersecurity, risk and resilience governance.
