• 3–5 years leading high-performing IT teams.
• CompTIA A+ certification and MCITP certification.
• Experience with systems analysis and CRM/ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing IT team and manage daily operations.
• Rescue networks and prevent disasters before they impact the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on ERP/CRM implementations.
• Provide strategic IT leadership and incident response.
