Job summary

IntelliStaff is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships, align service delivery with client needs, and coordinate cross-functional project work. You will monitor projects, manage quotations and contracts, and maintain detailed CRM data for strategic growth.

The role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, SLA adherence, and proactive service oversight to retain and expand key accounts in a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, IT, or related field.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and client hardware requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as main contact point.
• Understand client needs, operations and service requirements.
• Coordinate projects, service delivery, reporting and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular client reviews and maintain accurate account records.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Retain and grow existing client accounts through proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and develop strategic accounts.
• Promote services and support renewals, pricing reviews and service expansions.
• Coordinate client service requests, project requirements, timelines and logistics.
• Monitor projects from initiation through completion and client sign-off.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, pricing and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM and account records.
• Coordinate asset registers and compliance documentation.
• Build relationships with key client and internal stakeholders.
