Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant in Human Capital Strategy to join a leading Stellenbosch-based consultancy. You will advise organizations on workforce optimization, talent management, organizational design, and change management to enhance engagement and performance.

Lead client engagements, design tailored HR programs, and partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in human capital consulting, HR strategy, or organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in talent management, compensation, and change management.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR programs and policies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and relevant HR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current human capital practices, including talent acquisition, development, compensation, and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement tailored human capital strategies to support organizational goals and change initiatives.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management programs.
• Facilitate change management processes to ensure effective adoption of new HR policies and practices.
• Design and implement employee engagement and performance management frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align human capital initiatives with overall business strategy.
