Job summary
Frogg Recruitment in Sandton, Johannesburg, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with IT/Tech services units. You will act as a strategic HR Manager to drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
You will provide HR expertise, ensure policy compliance, design wellness programs, and collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals. 5 years’ HRBP experience required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience as HR Business Partner / HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to support business goals.
- Act as strategic HR Partner to business units.
- Collaborate with leaders for workforce planning and talent management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with objectives.
- Monitor compliance with laws and company policies.
- Identify training needs and facilitate relevant programs.
- Develop and manage wellness programs to enhance staff motivation.
