Job summary

You will provide HR expertise, ensure policy compliance, design wellness programs, and collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals. 5 years’ HRBP experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience as HR Business Partner / HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.
