Macmillan Davies is partnering with an established housing sector organisation to hire an experienced HR Business Partner. You will shape people strategy, drive organisational change, and provide expert HR guidance across key business areas.

The role focuses on partnering with senior leaders, leading workforce planning, and coaching managers to elevate leadership capability. The ideal candidate brings CIPD membership, UK employment law knowledge, and a track record in strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strategic HRBP experience in a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations and TUPE.
• Experience leading organisational change and workforce planning.
• Proven coaching ability with senior managers and leaders.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead strategic workforce planning to address priorities and future needs.
• Provide expert advice on ER, employment law, TUPE and HR practice.
• Lead HR change initiatives, OD projects and cultural transformation.
• Coach managers to strengthen leadership capability.
• Use workforce data/insights to influence decisions and outcomes.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery and experience.
