Job summary

SMYN Online Radio seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with organizational goals. You will partner with senior leadership, driving a high-performance culture and enhancing employee engagement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, over 5 years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of HR policies and labour legislation. Experience in NGO sectors is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, including 2+ years in a strategic role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour legislation, and organisational development.
• NGO sectors experience advantageous.
