Job summary

Discovery Vitality in South Africa seeks an HR Manager to create, implement and manage HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will deliver transactional HR expertise while aligning people strategies with the business, supporting a 500+ workforce across Vitality RSA.

The role requires 5–8 years in HR, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, and willingness to contribute to transformation, employee relations and reporting activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ work experience in a human resources environment.
• Knowledge of Success Factors (SAP).
• Industry specific experience advantageous.
• Discovery Experience (advantageous).
