Job summary

You will leverage product and market knowledge to identify opportunities, upsell and expand customer relationships while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

In this role you’ll collaborate across teams, coach colleagues, track performance, and report on planning and outcomes to meet revenue targets and strengthen client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales with a focus on revenue growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support team members to achieve shared goals.
• Complete planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets.
• Meet or exceed product revenue targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify key account issues and needs, and demonstrate the business value of LexisNexis products.
• Deliver a customer experience that meets agreed quality and contact-frequency targets.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to protect and grow revenue.
