The role drives strategy alignment, grows aftermarket sales, and ensures customer value across parts, wear, maintenance services and lifecycle offerings through distributors and direct customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering and related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar managerial role in mining or related industries.
• English proficiency and willingness to travel across Africa.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Africa aftermarket organization for Mobile Crushing & Screening.
• Align Africa aftermarket strategy with divisional plans and execute territory actions.
• Drive profitable aftermarket growth across parts, services, and lifecycle offerings.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and key KPIs for the aftermarket segment.
• Build strong relationships with mining customers and distributors, ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate pricing, contracts, warranties, and service offerings to maximize value.
