Job summary

Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions SRP seeks a senior leader to head the Africa aftermarket organization for Mobile Crushing & Screening. You will align aftermarket strategy with corporate plans and drive growth across parts, wear parts, services and lifecycle offerings for direct customers and distributors.

You will build relationships, lead territory teams, manage budgets and forecast, and elevate customer value through consultative selling, service excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum 5 years in a similar managerial role, with mining exposure.
Proficiency in English; willingness to travel within Africa.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Africa aftermarket organization for Mobile Crushing & Screening.
Develop and implement territory plans and aftermarket strategies.
Manage aftermarket sales across parts, wear parts, maintenance services and lifecycle offerings.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, KPIs and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize aftermarket performance.
