Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• At least two years' recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and effective stakeholder communication.
• Curiosity and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Graduate recruitment and selection activities for graduate roles in the Cape Town office.
• Support national graduate recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with business and talent stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide progress updates.
• Develop and execute attraction strategies across universities, schools and digital channels.
• Build relationships with students, lecturers and career services teams.
• Represent EY at university events, job fairs and employer-brand activities.
• Manage candidates through screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the ATS.
• Track targets and metrics, and provide market intelligence to improve attraction and candidate experience.
• Promote direct hiring and employee referrals.
• Contribute to national projects and school/university workshops.
• Maintain knowledge and comply with EY policies and employment law.
