Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR or related field.
• Experience in recruitment or HR admin preferred.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment advantageous.
• Strong org and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS is a plus.
• Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate graduate recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Screen and shortlist applications based on criteria.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and travel where needed.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports.
• Support onboarding including background checks.
• Assist with supplier payments related to recruitment.
• Collaborate with universities for campus events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and BBBEE where applicable.
