Job summary

EY in Johannesburg is seeking a highly organized Graduate Recruitment Administrator to support the graduate recruitment team. The role focuses on coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting hiring managers and recruiters to deliver a smooth candidate experience.

You will screen applications, arrange interviews, manage ATS data, prepare reports, and assist with onboarding, background checks and vendor payments where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• HR/recruitment/admin experience preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate graduate recruitment processes and screen applications.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and travel where applicable.
• Maintain ATS records and prepare recruitment reports.
• Support onboarding and background checks.
• Collaborate with managers and universities for campus recruitment.
