Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 6+ years of operations management experience in FMCG distribution or warehousing.
• Proven leadership of large teams and complex processes.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Manage inventory accuracy and minimize stockouts/overstocks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
