Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience working with Group Risk, Individual Life and Investment products.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and responsive administrative support, including processing servicing requests, preparing quotations and completing related administrative activities within agreed turnaround times.
• Support the contracting and onboarding process for Individual Financial Advisors, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate and progressed efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters between Independent Financial Advisors, Business Management Consultants and relevant FirstRand business units.
• Build trusted working relationships with Independent Financial Advisors and support them in improving service delivery to their end clients.
• Deliver exceptional service by proactively identifying needs, resolving queries and providing appropriate, practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, track outstanding matters and follow through to resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Apply sound judgement, attention to detail and relevant process requirements when handling client, adviser and product-related information.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve operational challenges and contribute to continuous service and process improvement.

You Will Be an Ideal Candidate If You Have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience working with Group Risk, Individual Life and Investment products.
• Matric / Grade 12 A relevant diploma or equivalent qualification, which will be advantageous.
• Experience using relevant internal life insurance systems and supporting product or servicing processes.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability and willingness to travel locally when required.
