FirstRand Life Assurance Ltd in Cape Town seeks a Business Management Consultant to be the primary relationship holder with Independent Financial Advisors. You will provide product training on Life, Investments, and other FirstRand products, support growth, and deliver exceptional service to advisors.

Qualifications

• Matric NQF 5 qualification is required or similar.
• RE5 qualification preferred for broker consulting roles within Investments/IFA environment.

• Knowledge of Group Risk, Individual Life, and Investment products is advantageous.

Ideal Candidate

You're an ideal candidate if you have:

• Matric NQF 5 qualification
• RE5 qualification 3 to 5 years Broker Consulting experience within the Investments and IFA environment
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience
• Relevant Class of Business training
• Knowledge of Group Risk, Individual Life, and Investment products
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercial and sales acumen
• Client-centric approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel locally
