Qualifications

• Follow six steps of financial planning and provide compliant advice.
• Perform Financial Needs Analysis using Avalon tool.
• Maintain Fit and Proper status for FAIS roles.
• Complete client documentation and compliance filings.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities via reciprocal leads and meetings.
• Prepare recommendations and quotes for risk and investment solutions.
• Present recommendations ensuring FAIS regulations.
• Submit proposals and complete required compliance forms.
• Provide regular feedback to Regional Manager.
• Engage with banking stakeholders to position advisor value.
