Absa Group in South Africa seeks a FAIS licensed financial adviser to execute a six-step financial planning process, conduct a Financial Needs Analysis (FNA), and present compliant recommendations to clients. You will gather client data, assess needs, and implement solutions through Absa’s processes, ensuring ongoing Fit and Proper status.

You will regularly review client portfolios, use Avalon for analyses, and coordinate with Regional Managers to grow the book of business.

Formación

• FAIS licensed financial adviser; comply with FAIS regulations.
• Prepare recommendations and quotes for risk and investment solutions.
• Ensure complete compliance documentation (FICA, PRI, etc.).
• Maintain Fit and Proper status for FAIS roles.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in reciprocal leads activities and meetings to identify opportunities.
• Assess client needs using recommended needs analysis tools.
• Prepare recommendations and quotes based on client needs and profile.
• Present recommendations to clients with compliant advice.
• Follow the designated client engagement process as specified by Absa Advisers.
• Provide regular feedback to the Regional Manager on lead progression.
• Network with stakeholders to position Absa Advisers' value proposition.
