Absa is seeking an experienced FAIS licensed adviser to join our long-term insurance and investment team in South Africa. You will conduct comprehensive Financial Needs Analyses, recommend suitable solutions, and implement those solutions in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years in financial planning, RE5 certification, and ongoing fit and proper status. You will develop client relationships, manage portfolios, and review needs annually to ensure ongoing suitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in financial planning/advice.
• NQF 5 FAIS credits (FSB approved).
• RE 5 certification.
• Fit and proper for FAIS licensed adviser.

Responsabilités

• Establish professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) for investments, life insurance and estate planning.
• Present recommendations and quotes compliant with FAIS regulations.
• Implement approved advice through Absa’s processes.
• Review client needs annually to ensure continued suitability.
