Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial leadership and planning.
• Experience with IFRS compliance and SA tax laws.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, FP&A, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
• Provide financial leadership to the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and SA tax regulations.
