Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification and membership.
• 12+ years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in CFO/Finance Director roles.
• Strong strategic, financial, and leadership acumen with a proven track record in profitability and growth.
• Expertise in IFRS, financial strategy, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience navigating complex international regulatory environments.

Responsibilities
