Placements24 is seeking a strategic Farm Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in Centurion, Gauteng. You will identify new market opportunities, forge partnerships, and execute plans that expand our agricultural products and services.

The role requires a strong commercial acumen, experience in the agricultural sector, and the ability to travel regionally. You will lead market analysis, business planning, and strategy execution to strengthen our market position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 6 years in business development, sales, or marketing in agriculture.
Strong track record in market expansion and revenue growth.
Deep understanding of South African agricultural markets and trends.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in agriculture, including market expansion and product diversification.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and growth.
Build and maintain relationships with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and industry partners.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
