Hire Resolve's client in Gauteng seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to grow the agriculture business. You will identify opportunities, create strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the region.

The role requires 5+ years in BD within agriculture, a relevant bachelor's degree, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. You will engage farmers, suppliers, distributors and government bodies to expand the market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Development Manager or similar within agriculture.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets in agriculture.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
