Charm Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a Durban-based fabric manufacturer seeking a Key Accounts Manager to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and serve as the primary contact throughout the sales process.

The role emphasizes developing long-term client partnerships, presenting products, and coordinating with planning, distribution and design teams to ensure OTIF and market-aligned offerings.

Formación

• A post-graduate Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or closely related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Syspro).
• A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technological trends.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate sales, goals and develop long term partnerships with customers.
• Identify core needs and offer customized solutions to our clients.
• Planning and organising weekly work schedule to call on existing and potential clients.
• Present products and trends to customers.
• Review and manage customer order book.
• Collaborate closely with Planning and Distribution department to achieve OTIF.
• Interaction with design team for the best product offering.
