Uber Eats is seeking an Associate Enterprise Partner Manager for its Grocery & Retail team. You will advocate for strategic merchant partners and bridge their goals with Uber’s scale, working with Product, Engineering and Marketing to unlock growth.

You’ll synthesize data, manage complex partnerships, and lead cross-functional initiatives while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
• Proven track record of handling complex data sets and OKRs.
• Experience in contract negotiation and managing complex partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow partnerships with strategic grocery and retail partners, beyond portfolio management.
• Navigate ambiguity and cross-functional complexity to unlock client value.
• Apply analytical rigor to model business scenarios and measure growth initiatives.
• Drive strategic initiatives across business teams and align on outcomes.
• Communicate and negotiate with senior stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Own pipelines and lifecycle management with disciplined execution.
