Job summary

Uber Eats South Africa is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Enterprise partner portfolio. You will own the customer-success plan for large, multi-brand merchants, driving growth through advertising, offers, Uber One, and platform capabilities.

You’ll partner with Account Managers and Franchise Managers, diagnose issues with data, build health scorecards, enable adoption, and coordinate across product, operations, and marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B operations, Customer Success, Account Management, sales or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to use data to investigate performance and inform decisions
• Experience using performance metrics or customer insights to drive outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proven stakeholder-management skills and ability to influence senior partners
• Strong organisation and project-management skills across multiple accounts

Responsibilities

• Turn data into action using dashboards and SQL to spot trends and build evidence-based recommendations
• Build merchant improvement plans with clear owners, milestones and success measures
• Enable sustainable growth by surfacing opportunities and supporting account strategy
• Improve operational health by monitoring availability, uptime, fulfillment speed and customer experience
• Drive product adoption and coordinate with specialist teams on technical implementation
• Lead business reviews and translate performance insights into concise narratives and next steps
• Protect retention by building plans that link operational fixes to outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functionally with AMs/FAMs, Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing and Analytics
• Scale best practices by developing playbooks from merchant feedback
